How do I schedule an appointment?

Please call us to schedule your appointment.

When do I make my payment?

A downpayment of 50% of the service or a Groupon Voucher number is required to secure an appointment.

What if I need to reschedule?

Life happens! Please call us up to 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If there is a no-show or cancellation without 24 hours notice, 50% of the service will be charged, or the Groupon Voucher will be redeemed.

How may I use Gift Certificates?

Gift Certificates are available for purchase in-store.

Gift Certificates must be present upon arrival/check-in at the spa. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash value or used for gratuities.
